the x-y location on an anchor point is not display

hi,

lately, when my cursor is on the anchor point, the xy location is not showing ... instead a dark grey rectangle shown up ... i have attached the screenshot for reference...

please help to resolve this issue...

Looks like some graphics issues with smart guides.

When did you last reboot the computer?

Maybe the preferences need a reset (you will lose your settings with that, so you might want to rename the folder, since that can be undone in case it doesn't helop). https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

You might also try and search for updates to your graphics driver.

If this is on a second monitor, try the other one.

i do not know why the preference was changed...

The preferences file is read on each launch and saved on each quitting Illustrator. It's a heavy use file and thus might get corrupted. Also unfortunately experience shows that it's better to reset it when updating.
