This is the **only CORRECT way** to 'bend' a logo over a 3d hump [also see: windy flag art]

OK step one is to open the design in illustrator:

1. it *has* to be saved, either with a trasparent background OR be carefully cut out 
2. now 'trace image,' using the larger 'trace image menu' select whatever mode or number of colors
3. expand!
4. yay, it's vectorized! Now you can simply zoom in, carefully changing the curvature of your logo via Adobe's patented "expanding barbell" control method for every *point* in a vectorized image
5. This will take hours, and look like 5h1t, but it's also the *only way* to do this in illustrator
