I already saved the file and closed the programm. In the act of turning the computer off, it did it on his own. The following day I turned it on and reopened the same file, but it can't because it is too damaged to be open???
I had already saved the file and the programm was already closed just to prevent these issues, but they happended someway.
(cannot attach the file here because it overreach the maximum size)
All answers and solutions are welcome, and i thank you all in advance.
(I gonna try to install Autosafe programms to recover them next time, however I still do not understand what it happened).

If you're using a Windows PC you could try right-clicking on the file and selecting "Restore Previous Versions." The CHKDSK command is also an option. There is a number of third party data recovery applications that may be able to repair a corrupted file. I like the app Recuva for recovering accidentally deleted files.
Was the file saved to an internal hard disc, external hard disc attached to the computer or in cloud-based storage? If the corrupted file was particularly large in size I'm wondering if it was still in the process of being saved or uploading to the cloud when the computer was shut down. External hard disc drives should be "ejected" via OS commands before being physically unplugged from a PC. Such discs can accumulate damage if the USB cable is simply pulled from the computer when the disc is still being used by the PC.
Dumb question: when you shut down your computer are you using the proper OS commands to do so? I'm only asking because I've literally seen people hold down physical power buttons on PCs to forcibly turn off their computers, not realizing they need to use the exit commands due to all the background processes that need to quit prior to shut-down. Some of these processes may write to the hard disc and create serious problems if the power is cut during the write activity.

Is Save in Background turned off in your preferences? In not, try that for the future.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening your file due to corruption. As suggested by our community expert Larry, you can also try turning off the "Save in Background" option in your preferences.
If possible, As Monika suggested, can you share the file with us so we can try to recover it on our end? You can send it to us through a file-sharing service like Dropbox or Google Drive and share the download link here or via DM.
Looking forward to the file.
