Tool stacking now the only behaviour?

Have I understood it correctly that you can not unstack tools in the Toolbar anymore (ver 29.5) (unless you build a new Toolbar from scratch). Who thought that was a good idea?

Sure. It is just weird that you have to ask for such a basic functionality to be restored when it should not have been discontinued in the first place (which I still believe to be the case, correct me if I am wrong and it is still possible to unstack tools).

I have just noticed that this problem might be related to the tools from the Astute Graphics plugin that I have in this Toolbar. If I try with one of the basic Toolbars, the unstacking still works.
