You this a low res on purpose, I need it for the less detailed lighter coloring but I would still love critique.

I would suggest different colours for eyes and feathers, and a (slightly) different combination of beak and tongue colours.

It really depends on the experience you wish to give the viewer.

The eye/feather suggestion was to ensure the perception of a live eye, and the beak/tongue suggestion was owing to the beak appearing greenish with the tongue colour.

Just to have something to compare with and then get away from/avoid, you can make a falcon with the following changes, based on RGB:

You can switch the G and B values for the eye, and you can increase the R of the beak to the full 255.

You can also simply make a wide range of colour combinations of all the parts.
