Trackpad Zoom not working in Illustrator or Photohsop CC 2023.

This is the most annoying bug ever. But on Macbook M1, with zoom gestures enabled, CC 2023 Illustrator and Photoshop will intermittenly stop zooming with the trackpad. I'm seeing others having the same issue. Can Adobe please fix this, it's really affecting my workflow.
