Trouble getting all layers to print to the UCP for my Universal laser

When I print to my Universal laser from Illustrator, all the layers don't go over to the UCP. I have to send the cut & engrave layers separately. I have all the layers marked as print & I select print all layers when I print. I've scoured the internet, but haven't found a solution.

What version of Illustrator are you using?

If you recently upgraded your AI, did you check for any updates to the control panel software?

Is the artwork in RGB format? Do the items not showing follow RGB color setups outlined by ULS?
