Unable to create pattern in illustrstor.

Hi,

Whenever, I try to create my pattern the illustrstor shows "not responding". I am unable to work on patterns.

while I have tried almost everything from increasing RAM, re-installing app and formating..Nothing worked.

Please, if anyone can help me out with it..

The small screen resolution is a dead giveaway. You appear to be on a very weak system that may not even meet the system requirements. At least switch to software only preview and see if it improves matters.

What version of OS & Illustrator are you using? Make sure they are compatible with each other.

Try a making a pattern as a test with the flowers shapes filled with solid color, rather thanthe gradient mesh/blend, This is a test to see if complexity is the issue.

You can also turn off GPU preview. Ctrl E will toggle and look to right of filenma to see what mode you are on

You could try whether there is something in the pattern that prevents Illustrator from creating the swatch:
