Hi, I cannot open Illustator or InDesign from my Creative Cloud (iMac M1). I was using those app only a few days ago and everything was fine. I was trying the new AI tools. I have now use Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool and installed those apps again (for the 3rd time...) and still nothing. I can see innitiating window forever and Mac says Application not responding... What can I do now?

Did you already reboot the computer?
Can you tell us the specifications of that computer? ANd the system?
What else do you have installed?
