First I couldn't move the object, and my friends said maybe it's locked. I can't find where it locked so I closed the file without saving.

Next thing is failed to open AI again, it just pop up a small window that is about picking the color, no matther how I quit the program it's the only thing shows up, without further choices.

The last option I had was to uninstall and try to install again, but still failed as it says there's conflict and I need to save file before continue.

I just upgraded my Macbook to Big Sur in order to install AI. Is there anything I can do?
