I have a project due Nov 2, and i was almost i finsihed and i went to go open the document that I had saved to the Cloud and when i tried to open it it bjust simply wouldnt let me. I restarted my computer, uninstalled illustrator and redownloaded it, signed out and back in, even went to assests.adobe.com and tried to download it to my computer and it said "unable to download". I talked with a specialist and they got in my computer and still couldnt figure it out.

Please let me know if you have had this issue and resolved it. Thank you

Sincerely,

A graphic design major who doesnt want to start from scratch on her project.

Did you ever find a solution? I'm dealing with the same thing right now. Hours of work inaccessible. Very frustrating. I guess trusting the cloud was a mistake. Bummer.

Hi, now, when I open Illustrator or photoshop I cannot access anymore to the "Your Files" section. It says "Something went wrong". This is so annoying.

I cannot access my cloud documents through the app. Only through web which is a pain.

Could you please help me?

Thanks

I have had the same problem 3-4 times. You have to wait 1-3 days, and suddenly .. it will work! You can´t do anyting but wait. And yes, you can open the other files AI files in the cloud, but not the one newest one. Best way to avoid this problem is to save on your computer or use Figma.

You can also open Creative Cloud in a browser, and download from there, when it is not possible on your computer. I relly hope Adobe soon realize this problem, and do something with it.

P.S. I have the newest version of Illustrator, my Mac Book Pro Max is 4 days old and I have been using Illustrator for 15 years+
