unable to paste hex numbers in color picker box

Hi, 

i have the latest ios and AI. 

but anytime i want to paste hex number in color picker box it doesnt take it? 

anyone knows what coukd be the problem?

Hi please share a screenshot of your problem otherwise try to reset preferences maybe it helps...regards
