Unable to save due to error message and mouse pointer hide automatically

Hello,

 

I am getting below error message while editing previously saved illlustrator file. and this doesn't allow to save.  one more problem I am facing offten the mousepointer hide suddnely and it didn't display till restart the Illustrator. Please help me

The mouse pointer hiding is caused by a Windows update. You are using a beta version of Windows?
