I know i can save files without CMYK post scripts by unchecking this checkbox:

illustrator.jpg

But now i have to this this manually for every single file as we need our files without CMYK postscript for our laser engraver.

Is there any option in illustrator to have this box unchecked by standard for every file?

The answer would be of great help as we export thousands of files per day

Is it sticky when you set up an action for saving?

we are actually not using actions for this. We are using scripts that someone created for us, that is why i need to find a way to uncheck this by standard on the pc we run the scripts on

I'm confused, I'm not sure if you're exporting manually or using a script. If you're using a script, the Export dialog should not show.

if you have a script try adding this

EPSSaveOptions.cmykPostScript = false;
