update 2025 Problems: settings deleted? nothing can be moved or expanded!

Hello everyone, after adobe updated my adobe illustrator to 2025 version, i have much struggles with my programm. I cant expand the space for writings after open the space up the first time, i cant turn things around, my workingspace looks diffrent even after changing it in the settings. It´s litterly not possible to work with illustrator smooth or reasonable. Anyone ealse having this problems? anybody knows a solution?
