using "actions" for editing artboards

Hello - I often adjust a lot of the graphics in Illustrator to a certain extent. Mostly from an original pixel format to millimeters - in different sizes. Unfortunately I have not yet been able to find a way to automate this process. Only the dialog box can be called up here by an action - the adjustment from PX to MM and to a desired level is not possible and still has to be done manually. Does anyone know how to best solve this? With around 300 graphics at regular intervals, this is of course very time-consuming. Thanks very much!

Can you clarify exactly what you mean by "to a certain extent" (absolute or relative dimensions)?

Also, can you perhaps provide a couple of sample files with some further instructions?
