Hello, friends on the forum. I have two questions related to using Variables in Adobe Illustrator. I understand how to Load Variables from a *.xml and *.csv file. My question relates to this: Can you load variables from a *.csv file and set the Data Set names automatically? I can do this from a *.xml file, but I do not know the syntax, if any, for this in a *.csv file.
My second question is, is it possible to use the Data Sets with the Batch command and set the target to Export for Screens? I have tried using the Ovenide Acton "Export" Commands check box in the Batch settings, but I cannot get anything to work. It seems like my Batch replaces the last saved versions of each iteration.
