How can I convert a vector line with anchor points to a line without anchor points. A pass with which I can control a cnc machine.

AFAIK you can't, the anchor points are the key positions for drawing the bezier art between them.
Why does the cnc care about anchor points? They are just virtual holders for the line construction, they are not actual "drawn" elements of the file.
