Viewing issue when zooming

Does anyone else have this viewing issue when zooming close into artwork?

My entire viewport goes grey and as I move a tool around, the graphic will slowly appear.

Any tips on how to fix this please? Specs Below:

Adobe Illustrator 2022 v26.1
