Wacom pen stop working when I use the zoom tool in illustrator

Hi Everyone,

When I use the zoom tool the wacom pen is getting crazy and stop to work. I can see the icon in screen but i can not click anything icluding all programme/desktop. I need to restart the comp. everytime to fix it however after a while it is starting again.

I have tryed the fix the wacom. I have reinstalled it but it still same.

should I uninstall the adobe and reinstall again?

could you please help me?

If your wacom is non respponsive in all programs and the desktop then it is not the Adobe software causing the issue.

Did you update your drivers not just reinstall?

What OS version are you running?

If on Windows - did you check your Windows Ink settings?
