Weird blocking line on drop shadows

Hi does anyone know how to get rid of these weird block lines on my drop shadows? I'm using the very latest Illustrator and the shadows are on separate paths.

Try toggling CPU/GPU.

I worked it out it was the amount of blur that was catching the edge of the artboard
