while opening the illustrator file close with a notification

when i open the illustrator file get closed with the notification (save the changes to the adobe illustraror document "file name" before quitting? This issue occurred twice in a row, so I considered uninstalling Illustrator and reinstalling it through Creative Cloud. But when I tried to open the Creative Cloud app, it kept loading endlessly and never started, after long time i get a notification i have attched the both Ilustraro and Creative Cloud notification.

Thanks for sharing the details and screenshots. Could you please confirm the version of Illustrator and the OS you're using? Also, let me know if this happens with a specific file or with all files you try to open. If you launch the Illustrator app directly (without opening a file), does it open fine?

Do you see the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog box when the app closes? If yes, please submit the crash report and share the email address you used via DM, so I can locate and review the logs. You can check the steps here: Crash next steps.

Additionally, please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article: Fix crash on launch issues. It would also help to test the issue in Safe Mode to rule out interference from third-party apps. Ref:
