white list on artboard in preview

why now when I save a file in preview there is a white list even though there are no objects outside the artboard, Is it because I use blur? If yes, please tell me how to get the preview only on the artboard

When you view the PDF in Acrobat and check the technical details and boxes: is it OK?

If so, then it's OK. The preview is just a preview.
