Why does image colour change after i saved reopen the file i saved in AI

I recently been having issues like this, where the colour of the image change to other colour.
Can someone help me? it keeps happening like everyday. Attached is the example where the image colour should be. HELPPP

There is an issue with placed PNG turning yellow, please search for it on the forum. There are some threads about it.

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has resurfaced, and the product team is aware of the issue and currently working on a fix. Hopefully, the fix will be released with the next update. Would you mind upvoting the UserVoice shared by Ton if not done already and adding your comment there? By doing this, you will get updates and helps prioritize it.

In the meantime, you may revert to an older version of Illustrator.
