Why EAN -13 Barcode extension is not working on Illustrator CC 2018 upgrade?

I installed the following extension on my Illustrator 2017. But after upgrading the software, I am unable to use the extension (tried reinstalling with extension manager too) Please help.

EAN13 Maker was passed AddOns teams testing and worked fine. In my environment also installed correctly.

Did you try to download zxp install file? If not, you can download zxp installer directly from below link page(sorry it is Japanese, however, I believe you can see as referece...).

You will get EAN13BarcodeMaker_2_0_3.zxp file.
