why is my canvas size larger than my artboard size ?

I set up AI files like 2000px X 2000px, 150 ppi and RGB, the doc was saved with 150ppi too, both png and jpg gets bigger than 4000px.

Can anyone help me resolve this problem ?

Save at 72 PPI.
