why pasted shape is beind rotated?

Hi,

When i copy and paste a shape, it is pasted with rotation.

I manually rotate shape or change rotation angle to 0 to make it parallel with to axis.

What could be reason and how can i fix it?

In the lower left corner of the document window.

I found solution. It is about constrain angle. (edit -> preferences -> general)
