Working on Illustrator Off line

Dear All, I am looking for how I can work on Illustrator and other Adobe app when I am off line, or there is a connection failure.
IS anybody able to help me?

You should be able to use CC apps (mostly) offline after initial installation. They require periodic connections to verify your account:
