Ruler?

Is there an on screen ruler hiding in a menu somewhere? Would be handy. I can't find my physical ruler either. What am I do to!

Hi James. 

There's isn't a ruler (you can't measure with it). but there is a straight edge. In the Shapes menu. Tap the circle/triangle icon in the top nav of an open drawing; then from the menu that launches tap the "shape" with two parallel lines.
