I need help. Whenever I install the adobe app it freezes and says it has stopped working and there is no update in the play store. What am I supposed to do?

What device are you on?

What version of the Android operating system are you using?

Illustrator Draw has reached the EOL. For more details, you may check out this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/mobile-apps/help/sketch-draw-end-of-support.html).

Also, are you using an Android Phone/ Tablet or iPhone/ iPad, and do you have Windows 10 PC/ Laptop?


Additionally, you may try to locate your files on this website https://adobe.ly/3eoSI3p. If you can locate them, I would suggest you check out this video (https://bit.ly/3qfAz0Q). In this video, there are four methods to save your artwork, the first method will not work now, but you may try the rest three methods. I hope it helps!
