Hi.
Sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations; all work that shows up there will sync back down to your device after you uninstall/reinstall Adobe Draw. Just make sure that after you sign back into Draw that you sign back in with the same Adobe ID.
