Can’t download illustrator app on ipad pro 11 inch. 3d gen vs. 16 2.

I can’t download adobe illustrator on my ipad pro (11 inch) (3d gen) vs 16.2,

on my older iPad it does work.

I have good internet connection, and tried restarting my device, signing out icloud, disabled all vpns and device managements. All other adobe apps i have no problam downloading!

when I try downloading The download icon starts to spin but stops after few seconds.

Please help!

Did you already reboot it? Is it updated to the latest iOS?

Yes it maches all the requirements, and I restarted the ipad but still not downloading!
