I've recently purchased subscription on ipad after free trial. From the moment it was purchased I am unable to work in Adobe Draw - it opens and immediately crashes every single time I open it up. Tried to turn off ipad, cleared memory. How can I solve this problem?

Adobe Draw is no longer available or supported. Switch to Adobe Fresco.

Hello @Маг27788276p27c,

Sorry to hear about this experience. As pointed out by Kevin, Adobe Draw is no longer supported. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika helped resolve the problem with Illustrator on iPad. If not, kindly share the crash report by following these steps:

  • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “adobe illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash happens by looking at the timestamp.
  • Upload the file to (https://assets.adobe.com) and share a link to the file here or via DM.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav
