Does anyone know what to do about the illustrator app not opening on the iPad?
Support got back with me. It worked for me to update my iPad IOS to the latest version.

If your iPad meets the system requirements, then probably only the Illustrator team can help you. They might need to get some log files.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. I think it might be a bug.

The app launches without issues on my iPad.
Doesn't slook like a general issue. Please contact Customer Care. They can guide you through problem solving by using whatever log files they need from you. The iPad is a closed shop, where it's not possible to get to system folders or preferences to reset or anything like that, so support on the forum is kind of difficult. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hi @San Diego28270153a4z4 @davidl1002394,
Sorry to hear about the crash. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the iPad model, the current version of Illustrator & iPadOS, a screen recording of the crash, and the Crash Report, so that we can investigate this further:
Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “adobe illustrator-2023-02-11-042632.ips” (2023-02-11 is the date in the log & 042632 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash happens by looking at the timestamp. Upload the file to (https://assets.adobe.com) and share a link to the file here or via DM.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Anshul Saini
