iPad用のイラストレーターのファイルが開かない

iPad用のイラストレーターを使っています。ファイルを開こうとフォルダを開けると、全て薄くぼやけて開けないのですがどうすれば開くことができますか？

Since your question is about Illustrator for iPad, I have moved this from the Illustrator (for desktop) forum where you posted.

Can you show a screenshot? Are these files on the Cloud that you created or from Photos or Files? What format are they in? Is it all files or just one?
