I was working on a design on Illustrator with my Ipad but when I want to export it as an AI file, the window that shows exporting will just jumps out and then disappear without exporting the file, there is no problem with exporting as a png/ jpg thou. But I really need the file as a AI file and it's urgent, does anyone has problem like this too?

Sorry for problem. If you have a desktop version I'd recommend you to open the file on the desktop version and use the extensive export settings there. Hope this will help.

The thing is I can't even download the file from creative clouds...hence I couldn't move it to a deskstop. I create the file on Ipad and there is no other copies...

Thanks for the video, that is definitely unusual behavior. Files you create on the iPad are automatically saved to the cloud. Did you have an internet connection when you created the document on the iPad? Could that be why the file is not in Creative Cloud? Also, when there is an issue with Illustrator, you can fully it down, and restart the iPad to give it a fresh start. Let us know if you tried that, hopefully, we can help further.

Have you tried copying the file through the USB-C port on your iPad? Details from Apple here:
