Is there any feature to erase a rectangular stroke path in iPad illustrator

It's not quite clear what you are asking. Do you have a shape with a fill and stroke, and you want to remove the stroke? Just select the shape, and set the stroke to "none" (/) in the properties panel.

If your question is different, please clarify exactly what you are trying to do.
