Cuando quiero mover un vector  de un punto a otro éste no me muestra  el mismo en lineas ó out lines quedando estático en el punto inicial mientras muevo el vector original

Once you have created your vector you have two tools to choose between to move things.

Either the Dark Arrow at the top of the tools, this will move the whole shape.

Or the second tool, Dark arrow pointing to an anchor.
With the second tool you have a number of ways to manipulate the shape.
You can move the anchor or the handles. If you move one handle they will both move, if you tap and hold a finger on the touch circle you can separate the handles so they move independently.

Other than that with the second tool you can also select multiple anchors and move some of the shape. Is this what you mean is happening to you shapes?
