¿Es posible modificar la punta de un trazo (para que sea punta fina) como en AI de PC?

With the Blob brush you can add a taper and modify it a little in Brush settings.
With the standard pencil or pen tool you can only select a square or rounded end at this point.
Stroke does not seem to have too many options available to it just yet.
