Draw a curved path with the Pencil, Pen or a shape tool. Select a line of text and also the curved path at the same time, then in the Text menu on the right side of the window choose Type on a Path. The type will appear on the path.

To change the position of the text on the path, or to change the side of the path it's oriented to, grab the white in and out handles on either side of the text. The white handle turns red if you have moved them too close together to where text is obscured. You'll fi
