Vektordatei von Adobe Stock öffnen

Hallo zusammen ich arbeite nur noch am Ipad bin zwar noch nicht ganz zufrieden wollte heute etwas gestallten.

Ich habe zwei .ai dateien von adobe stock gekauft kann diese aber nicht öffnen im illustrator warum geht das nicht?

freue mich und bin dankbar auf unterstützung

Here are the general steps, if that is what you are asking:

• are you selecting .ai or .eps and not .jpeg for the format?
• do you choose to download the image to Downloads (and not View)?
• If you saved the image to Downloads, navigate to downloads
  (I create another folder and move them there)
  
• Unfortunately iPadOS does not show a Preview of .ai images, so I rename the files for ease in finding them later.

It could also be something with the images. If you give us the stock numbers, I'll give it a try for you.
