Adobe illustrator app keeps crashing on iPad Pro

My Adobe illustator app is upto date on my ipad pro, but when i try to open the app on my ipad, it keeps crashing every time it starts and crashes. I looked up the. crash data on my ipad. the file extension is an .ips

file and the attachment below does not accept a file with that extension. Let me know how to upload the file.
