Multiple artboards for illustrator on ipad

Hi, i've recently started using Illustrator on ipad and i understadn there is limited options currently for this, however, can you open 2 or more documents within the app so you can pull a vector from one artboard and drop it into another? 

Any info would be great.

Your heading is a little missleading. You can most definitely have multiple Artboards on a single document.

I don't believe we can open multiple documents though as we need to keep returning to the home screen to open a different document.

There doesn't not appear to be a way to copy anything from one document to another either.
