일러스트 실행을 하면 아래와 같은 메세지가 뜨면서 실행이 안됩니다.

몇번이나 삭제후 다시 설치해 봤습니다만 동일한 문제가 반복 되네요...

원인과 해결 방안 부탁드립니다.

해당 문제는 윈도우 파일 중 Visual C++ 파일을 복구하면 되는 것으로 보여집니다.

제어판 > 프로그램 추가 제거 아이콘이 보이는 C++ 파일을 전부 제거/변경 에서 복구 또는 Repair를 클릭하여 진행 해주시면 됩니다.

 

The problem seems to be the need to recover Visual C++ files from among the window files.

Use the Control Panel > Program Uninstall > C++ to icon click Recover or Repair.

This will solve the problem.

Sorry i cannot translate your screenshots, but for the most part this is acting as if the shift key is held down during boot. Do you maybe have any 3rd party software that affects the OS. Clipbaord modifiers, antivirus software.

As Mike said, we can't translate your screenshots, however this seems to be an installation issue. Are you logged in the computer as a standard user or Admin? If you are not the admin, you should log in as one and then try to reinstall the app.
