0,3 Rotation by default in new shapes (bug?)

Hello, I updated recently my OS to Catalina 10.15.5 and Illustrator to 24.2.1. 

When i create a shape, illustrator adds to it -by default- a 0,3 rotation!! So, i must every time to change it manually! What is going on here??

Did you check if the constrain angle in Preferences General is set to 0?
