3 issues that I'm fighting with PS and AI everyday

1. Can`t copy files from AI and past to PS as smart objects. Seems that is some version conflict. All I have to do is: copy the file from a AI file, create a new one, save as new name and then copy to PS as smart objects (doesn`t works all the time). It`s getting me in trouble with my working daily routine.

2. Every time I save a JPEG inside the folder over another JPEG with the same name, the new file gets Copy name and the old one stays in the same spot. It`s annoying.

2. I did use PS to create short animations using the timeline. I just updated my CC and the option to export as movie does not exist anymore. How come? 

Anyone experiencing the same problems as me?

I`m using a mac mini m1 with Big Sur. All my apps are the last version.

The copy paste seems to be an issue with the M1. Illustrator is not fully compatible yet, after all.

The reason that you are having so much trouble is that the most of Creative Cloud is not running natively on computers using the M1 chip. Rather the programs are forced to use emulation software called Rosetta 2 in order to run on these new computers at all. Adobe has recently released a beta version of Illustrator compatible with M1 that is available for people who are part feeling adventurous to test it.
