Abdobe Illustrator quit unexpectedly.

Hi, 

I am getting below error message.

Abdobe Illustrator quit unexpectedly.

Any open documents that could be recovered with unsaved information are name<filename>{Reovered.

I am using windows 10 pro 64bit, already re-installed illustrator and updated, but still the same issue.

Have you tried restting your preferences as well..?
