Hi there,

I am working on adobe illustrator for school and for some reason when I go to log in it says I need to pay for a subscription; however, I have already subscribed a plan and it keeps on telling me that I need to pay again, in which I don't want to do. How do I fix this? I need this app to complete assignments for school!

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
