Add text in shape not fill the text

I want to add text in rounded rectangle not fill the text or write text on path .I want to add text inside the rounded rectangle . In this picture I want to add text in rounded rectangle

And what's the problem?

You can click by Text tool inside the rectangle and type your text (the word), then format it and adjust the spaces like you want. Also, you can click by Text tool outside the rectangle, type and format the text and then put it above rectangle thr same way as these gradiented lines.
