I have been supplied the Tetra Pak Coated (laminated) Adobe Creative Book (ACB) file by Tetra Pak to use with packaging artwork I am designing. How do I add the file to my Illustrator 2020 so I can use their swatches?

It's a swatches library.

You could put it into the application folder in Presets > Swatches

Make sure to copy it, so you don't lose it in case of an uninstall (this should not happen, but can be an oversight)
